Scanning & Proofing

There are many ways of getting your image to us for printing. You can either send us your original artwork, or a pre-scanned digital file. We always recommend that we send you an A4 proof for you to approve before having your final order produced.

* We have a restriction on the depth that we are able to scan, any original that is deeper than 20mm will have to be photographed and therefore comes with a setup fee of £50.00. Additional originals to scan and proof are £20.00 each.

Scanning & Proofing Cards

If you require your original scanned, we change a one-off £15.00 fee, for this you will receive a colour matched proof of your card for you to approve so you can check the card, and make any changes or additions before we print your order.

If you are sending us digital files then we recommend you have a proof printed first. For £5.00 we will proof up to 10 different images (50p for each additional images / cards). We advise on having a proof produced before your order so colour's can be checked before going to print - this also gives you a chance to view different card types.

If you do not want a proof, there is no setup fee.

If you order a print or set of cards without having a proof prduced first - you will understand that we can not guarantee a likeness to what you see on screen, and we can not be responsible for any difference.
