How to send files using FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol and is a way of sending files from your computer to servers or computer that are linked on the Internet. There are a number of programs to use that will help you to send (or upload) files, the following tutorial will work for any of applications as they all work in a similar way.

Part 1

We recommend CyberDuck for Apple Mac and SmartFTP for Windows, use the links below to download the program that is suited to you.

CyberDuck (Apple Mac)
SmartFTP (Windows)

After you have installed your required application you will need to connect to our website and for that you will need some settings. Fill in the small form below with your email address and you will receive the settings that you need.

If you already have the FTP settings click here for part 2 of this tutorial.
